Andres Delgado previously founded Forza Designs, which manufactured electronic accessories. He sold Forza in early 2019 after building a strategic partnership with Microsoft. Previously, Andres served as an economics officer at the U.S. Department of State. He has also been involved in real estate sales and development for a decade. He holds a BA in Latin American Studies from Towson University and an MA in International Relations from American University.
Chris Yeazel is a former Army logistics officer and Iraq veteran with six years of urban development and sustainability sector experience in non-profit, business, and consulting capacities. He served as a deployed truck platoon leader and convoy commander in Iraq and operations officer-in-charge for two separate Army battalions during his time in the Army, and subsequently as a community organizer in West Baltimore; as Maryland Program Director for a non-profit where he assisted hundreds of Maryland residents deploy PV solar on their homes and helped to advance pro-solar legislation at the state level; and at a multifamily property manager where he managed functions ranging from deployment of PV solar arrays, energy procurement in deregulated markets, demand response, capital improvement projects, and energy and waste performance benchmarking. He holds both a BA and an MPA from George Washington University, with graduate studies in Sustainable Urban Planning. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, and Iraq Campaign Medal during his service in the Army.
Girma Wolde-Michael is well versed in all aspects of Intellectual Property (IP) and business law practice. He has a broad experience in global intellectual property rights (IPR) management, business transactions including licensing, mergers, acquisition and associated negotiations; IPR enforcement; market space competitive positioning, and global brand management.
He is an accomplished, results-driven leading attorney with years of experience leveraging his business, economics, engineering and legal skills to drive business growth. Mr. Wolde-Michael is a persuasive and skilled business attorney with extensive experience in international business development innovation management, and Competitive IP portfolio development for global market operations. He has a consistent record of successfully delivering innovative business and legal solutions.
Mr. Wolde-Michael has extensive experience in counselling high technology startup companies to achieve a successful and scalable business model with a strong IP position for pre and post IPO to lay foundations for growth. He has a broad experience in venture capital funding strategies and counsels startup companies on various IP and business strategic issues to successfully attract venture capital and launch their business.
Luis R Castellanos is Professor of both Mathematics and Computer Science, and a retired Venezuelan Army Lieutenant Colonel. He possesses extensive experience managing complex and high-risk transportation operations. He graduated at the top of the class from Venezuela’s Military Academy, and later obtained a degree as Systems Engineer in the Venezuelan Armed Forces University (IUPFAN). He has a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering (Simon Bolivar University) and a Master’s Degree in Military Science and Arts (Venezuelan Army Staff College). He worked for several years teaching in Undergraduate and Graduate courses, in Educational Management, in eLearning environments managing virtual campuses and serving as virtual instructor. He also has extensive experience in private sector management, security and leadership positions.
